Cancellation Policy

  1. Standard (In-Stock) Orders

  • 2-hour grace window: You may request to cancel or edit an order within 2 hours of purchase.

  • After 2 hours or once fulfillment begins (label printed, packed, or transferred to carrier), cancellations are not guaranteed. If cancellation is still possible, a 3% payment processing fee may be withheld from the refund.

  1. Pre-Orders (Limited Runs)

  • Within 7 days of purchase: You may request cancellation; if granted, a 10% handling fee may be deducted to cover allocation and processing costs.

  • After 7 days and before shipment: Cancellations are reviewed case-by-case based on production status; if approved, a 10–15% handling fee may apply.

  • Once shipped: Order follows our Return & Exchange Policy (no cancellations post-shipment).

  1. Custom / Final-Sale Items

  • Items marked Final Sale, custom or personalized items are not cancellable after purchase.

  1. Bundles & Mixed Carts (In-Stock + Pre-Order)

  • By default, we ship together when all items are ready. You may request split shipping within the 2-hour window (additional shipping fees apply).

  • If you cancel only the pre-order portion, handling fees (above) apply to the pre-order items.

  1. Refund Method & Timing

  • Approved cancellations are refunded to the original payment method only. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer (typically 5–10 business days).

  1. Chargebacks
