We’re a limited-run swimwear boutique. Some styles are in stock now and ship quickly; the rest arrive in early November 2025. Pre-orders reserve your size and ship first as soon as inventory lands in Miami.

1) Processing & Launch Timing

• In-stock items (limited quantities): Process in 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding U.S. holidays).

• Pre-orders (October 2025): Charged at checkout to reserve limited stock. Estimated dispatch window if not in stock November 8-20, 2025.

• We’ll email updates if timelines shift due to production or carrier delays.

2) Inventory Status on Product Pages

• “In Stock — Ships Now” → ships within 1–3 business days.

• “Pre-Order — Ships in November” → prioritized when our November shipment arrives.

• “Low Stock” → very limited; may sell out quickly.

3) Pre-Orders Get Priority

• When November inventory arrives in Miami, we pack and ship pre-orders first, in the order received.

• You’ll receive a shipping confirmation + tracking as soon as your label is created.

4) Mixed Carts (In-Stock + Pre-Order)

• Default: We hold and ship together when all items are ready (helps keep shipping costs low).
