Seashell Killa — Return & Exchange Policy

We’re a small, limited-run swimwear boutique. To keep our prices fair and quality high, we keep returns tight and hygienic standards tighter. Please read carefully before purchasing.

1) Final Sale After Wearing (Hygiene First)

  • No returns or exchanges on any item that has been worn, washed, altered, or has the hygiene liner removed or tampered with.

  • Swim bottoms must be tried on over underwear with the hygiene seal and all tags attached.

2) Eligibility Window

  • You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery (per the carrier’s scan).

  • Items must be new, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with original tags and hygiene liner fully intact, and in original packaging.

3) Return Type (Small-Business Friendly)

  • Store Credit or Exchange Only for eligible returns.

  • No refunds unless the item arrives damaged/defective (see Section 5).

  • If you want a different size/color and it’s in stock, we’re happy to do a one-time exchange; otherwise we’ll issue store credit (valid 12 months).

4) What’s Not Returnable

  • Worn/washed/altered items or items with removed/tampered hygiene liners or missing tags.

  • Sale/discounted items, gift cards, mystery/clearance items, and shipping fees.

  • Accessories marked “final sale.”

5) Damaged/Defective on Arrival

  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, email us within 48 hours of delivery with:

    • Order number

    • A brief description

    • Clear photos of the issue and the inner/outer packaging

  • Once verified, we’ll replace the item or issue store credit if replacement isn’t available. (Original shipping is non-refundable.)
